Data processing agreement
When you process other people’s personal data professionally, responsibilities and processing arrangements must be established. This overview is not an executed data processing agreement.

Parties
The service provider is lol.marketing LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, represented by Manuel Streit. The responsible person or organisation determines the purpose and scope of uploaded project and personal data.
Data and processing
- Project contacts and responsible persons
- Inspections, observations, photos and optionally recorded locations
- Briefing attendees and captured signatures
- Working hours, diary entries and uploaded documents
Service providers and international processing
The application uses Google Firebase and Brevo for messages and contact management. Optional weather requests use Apple WeatherKit. The project database is in the EU; files are currently stored in the United States. A planned storage relocation only takes effect once confirmed. Providers, subprocessing arrangements and transfer safeguards must be specified in the final schedules.
