Instruction remains a professional responsibility
Section 12 of Germany’s Occupational Safety and Health Act requires employers to provide sufficient, appropriate, task-related instruction. For work equipment, section 12 of the Industrial Safety and Health Ordinance includes understandable information, repeat instruction at least annually, and written records of dates and names. App documentation does not replace delivering the instruction or checking understanding.

No. SiGeKo stores the captured signature as an image for documentation. It is not a qualified electronic signature service.
Does the app determine when instruction must be repeated?
You can record a validity period. You must determine the necessary occasions and intervals from the hazards and applicable requirements; an entered period does not replace that assessment.
