German BaustellV and RAB 31
Under section 2(3) of Germany’s Construction Site Ordinance, a safety and health plan is required where employees of several employers work on site and prior notice is required or particularly hazardous work under Annex II takes place. BAuA’s RAB 31 describes content and format requirements. Assess applicability and the required content for the particular project.
